Project Management Training based on PMI®'s Guide to a project management body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)
After this intensive training you will be familiar with PMI's Project Management Methodology and apply it on a learning project and on a real case of your daily work. Additionally, you will be more than prepared for the PMP® exam (PMP stands for Project Management Professional, which is the globally recognised project management qualification by the Project Management Institute). This qualification shows your professionalism and commitment to the project management profession to your customers and peers. During the 3 months of the course you will obtain professional support from experienced and dedicated coaches, all PMP®s themselves. This enables you to monitor your progress towards the exam and to develop your personal PMP® exam strategy.

Methodik, Ausstattung:
 In between workshops, self-study is required. The course-language is english.You will hold presentations on the PMBOK® framework, knowledge areas and PM-techniques. Your colleagues and coaches will challenge your knowledge in discussions and group exercises. All group exercises are based on an IT case study. You will be exposed to sample exam-like questions. As a result, you will identify your strengths and learn how to focus on your areas of improvement, thus saving valuable study time. Practical case studies in small project teams of 4 persons and video based role games are an integrated part of the workshops. Between the workshops, you will apply your knowledge on a real life project, hence enforcing the learning process.
